The European Commission open a consultation on the review of the Notice on a simplified procedure for treatment of certain types of state aid.
The purpose of this consultation is to invite Member States and stakeholders to comment on the use and experience gained with the application of the Notice. These comments will be used as input for the intended review or possible repeal of the Simplified Procedure.
The Commission invites Member States and stakeholders to submit their comments to DG COMPETITION by 6 April 2016.
